Former President Park Chung-hee's 'New Village Movement' is the nationwide plan from the village which obtained the excellent result supported with a precedence based on the firm principle evaluation.
The government supported preferentially the village where the participation of New Village Movement is high. (the other village was not supported)
This is the opposite way with the recent government which support for underdeveloped groups preferentially. He refused to distribute the budget in accordance with the logic of equality. He had prompted the rivalry between the villages.

But, former President Park Chung-hee didn't emphasize only principle of competition everytime. He supported and followed 'The selection and concentration' of industry until rise to the global level even though it had a criticized. 'Hyun-dai shipbuilding' is an example of the policy. This is meaning of his understand and respect about market principle fundamentally. Just he knew how to adjust and control the enterprises for the development of national and he didn't neglect to take advantage of the power companies.

President Park Guen-hye asserted an 'Economy democratization' just ahead of election however, the original asserted was 'Principle market economy'. 'Principle market economy' is respect the role of the market and function, and the government establish fair rules and monitoring , and sanctions for acts contrary properly to the rule.
